Hotel Reservations systems is LIVE and is through KEY Bookings - DO NOT SET UP YOUR HOTEL BLOCK OUTSIDE OF THIS SYSTEM  :

STAY TO PLAY POLICY:  Traveling teams (All teams outside of the Las Vegas Metro area):   (DO NOT MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS OUTSIDE THIS SYSTEM)  You will need to make hotel reservation via the tournament housing reservation system and Key Bookings.  You may contact Key Bookings and Calvin Coates at: 1.877.205.2871 and calvin@keybookings.org.   You may see the hotel inventory at https://book.passkey.com/e/50975885     but need to set up a team block via Key Bookings prior to reserving.   All traveling teams are required to use this service.  You have the option of not using the hotel reservations system by paying a $500 surcharge.  We have a variety of hotel options from full service to limited services/ from hotels in Las Vegas/ Henderson area including option on the Las Vegas Strip if interested.  All teams must meet minimum hotel room numbers of 8 rooms for 11v11 teams and 6 rooms for Under 10 to Under 12.  We recommend teams setting up their team blocks as soon as possible to have the most choices.
